Showing all 4Workers were finishing up crusher inspections in plant when a worker was stung one to two times in upper right shoulder by hornet. Other workers in the area observed the sting. Worker stated EE was not allergic (that EE knew of) but after 10 minutes EE experienced anaphylaxis.

**Medical Stroke** The miner became dizzy and weak in the morning of his shift. It was decided by the mine superintendent to transport the miner to the local hospital. The miner was transported via the superintendent. While in the ER the miner suffered a stroke. THIS IS UNDER PROTEST AS A MEDICAL INJURY NOT RELATED TO MINING ACTIVITIES.
