Miner felt dizzy/sick so miner parked and got out of the front-end loader. After getting down from the loader miner passed out. A co-worker came to miner and called 911. An ambulance took miner to the nearest hospital. EMS said miner reported having chest pains. The hospital is still analyizing results.

Showing all 4Employee was kneeling and putting a belt onto a crushing machine. Employee heard a "popping" sound from left knee and tried to stand up. While trying to stand ee felt pain and fell back to the ground.
Employee said right eye was irritated. Employee taken to Davis Duchr eye clinic. Clinic said there was no foreign object in the eye. Eye was flushed and was told to put drops in and it would be fine. Employee does wear contacts which might have scratched the lens.
Employee was about to climb onto loader ladder when employee felt pain in lower back.
