EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING HIS NORMAL DUTIES ON JULY 3RD,00. HE STATED ON JULY 4 HE WOKE UP WITH PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE ALSO STATED HE HAD DONE A LOT OF BENDING AND SQUATTING THE MORNING OF THE 3RD.
