EE complained of chest and arm pain. Taken to hospital, EE still in hospital being treated for gallstones. Not related to mining actvity in any way.

Employee is diabetic. Blood sugar was low, tried to eat a candy bar, gagged, had a seizure, bit his tongue badly on both sides enough to bleed profusely. Discharged from hospital, but will not be allowed to return to work until we have a statement from a doctor that he is fit to return to work. There was no accident.
