Was working outside, got hot, came in for lunch, drank a cold drink, causing gastric reaction and chest pain. Went to hosp, released on 10/1/15, employee instructed to contact cardiologist for a full release before returning to work, called MSHA when we believed to be heart attack, diagnosed with heartburn. Denver office advised us to make notes.
