Miner was performing maintenance on a cone crusher. While lying down, miner reached up to access bolts on the hydraulic block when their shoulder spontaneously dislocated. Miner reports previous history of same condition, outside of work.
Prior to the beginning of Team Members regular shift, they experienced a non-work related acute on-set medical event that resulted in their death. This is an immediately reportable accident not a work related injury or illness.
