The miner was operating a 966 feed loader over rough terrain, which caused them to bounce around in their seat and cause back pain.

WHILE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, PNEUMATIC HOSE ATTACHED TO IMPACT GUN SEPARATED AT UNION. COUPLER AT END OF HOSE STRUCK TM IN RIGHT CHEEK AND MOVE BETWEEN EYE AND EYE PROTECTION. TM WAS EVALUATED AND PRESCIRBED MEDICATION

Miner was lifting guard under tail drum of VSI and heard a pop in their back, followed by pain.

Employee was stockpiling in same pile with another loader. As employee rolled into the pile to dump the bucket there was an uneven layer of material the employee did not notice which caused the loader to bounce resulting in an acute cervical myofascial strain to the neck.

Employee was using a 36"" pry bar to bring lower roller on D9 into position to be bolted. Felt burning sensation in left shoulder during process.

While setting up portable crusher, employee bumped right knee on leg of plant.

An individual (Non-Miner, Non Employee) died of natural causes.

During the lateral adjustment of a set of forks on a Cat TL1255 Telehandler, the worker cut his left pointer finger while he was pulling and another worker was pushing one of the forks. The fork suddenly slid quicker than was expected, catching his finger between one of the hooks and the bar. He was wearing gloves at the time. his finger received nine (9) stitches.

Employee was changing cutting edges on a CAT 980G Wheel Loader. Bolt turned and cut finger.

While changing tail drum bearings on an overland conveyor, the worker was kneeling down. When he stood up he felt pain in his right knee.
