SUBJECT WAS EXITING THE DRILL TRUCK CAB. A STRONG GUST OF WIND CAUSED THE DOOR OF THE CAB TO SLAM SHUT. TO AVOID BEING STRUCK, SUBJECT MOVED QUICKLY TO THE SIDE, AWAY FROM THE DOOR, AND STRUCK HIS ELBOW ON THE STEP OF THE TRUCK CAB.
