EE arrived on the job at approx. 5"50 am. EE told the foreman his leg was hurting & he could not run the dozer. The foreman told ee to go to the parking lot & when he got the job going he would be back. When the foreman returned he found ee unconscious. He started CPR & continued it until the rescues squad arrived. EE was pronounced dead at Hospital

EE HAD JUST COME FROM UNDERNEATH A MACHINE AND WAS GOING TO REMOVE ENGINE ENCLOSURES WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED IN MUD. EE MOVED QUICKLY TO PREVENTHIMSELF FROM FALLING AND PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS BACK.
