Injured was in 777C Truck getting loaded with 992D 101 Loader when rock came out of bucket and jarred truck and driver. Truck driver was complaining with neck and head hurting and hands going numb at 7:30 pm.

Section Foreman walked over to the power center to check on the mechanic, the mechanic's buggy rolled pinning foreman between power center and buggy, breaking his leg.

EE ran over a roof bolt with a scoop, it flipped upward striking him in the right side of the face.

Doesn't know how he got hurt. Said his back started hurting after bringing mantrip outside.

EE was operating a mantrip buggy transporting workers to their U.G. work location. The front wheel of the buggy caught in a rut and the steering wheel pulled out of ee's hand and hit the ee on the right hand.

Due to wet road condition haul back slipped off edge of road into ditch. Right front tire dropped into sump and bounced out cause truck to veer into path of another haul truck. Oncoming truck was able to step before collision.

The employee was tramming scoop from outside to face. Got his light cord hung in roof bolt or plate jerking head around.

Hanging curtain up, got bumped by shuttle car.

Rock truck operator backed 100 ton rock truck off dump, over-turned rock truck, was flown to University of Alabama Hospital where he was treated and released with a hairline crack in L1 vertebrate.

Riding mantrip, his hard hat got caught on water lines pulling head & shoulders into roof.

The face boss on the section was crawling between lo lo structure and coal rib.The front of the MBC hit tailpiece and shoved the lo lo belt structure mashing the victim's legs against the coal rib.

Accelerator pedal didn't return to neutral position causing operator to hit rib.

Employee was riding mantrip out of mine when a piece of debris fell from mine roof and went into employee's ear.

Shuttle car tire flipped a rock from mine floor, striking employee's chin.

While driving maintenance buggy, employee hit a rock in mine causing steering wheel to twist from his hand breaking left hand.
