The injured was replacing a lid or cover back on the roof bolting machine. He strained or pulled something in his lower back.

Went to plug in shuttle car cat head up to power center, something shorted out and caused a flash and burned EE's right hand.

Employee was putting a plate on a roof bolt. He bumped his forearm on the head of the roof bolt cutting his forearm.
