While moving a loaded railcar injured employee was using the wheel brake and collided with another railcar causing his head to strike the railcar he was standing on. Injured employee was not able to tighten the wheel brake fast enough. Injury is suspected a mild concussion and doctor put employee on lost time starting May 25.

Employee bruised the right side of his ribcage (no fractures). Doctor issued 2-days of lost time. Employee returned to work full-duty on Monday, May 22.
Metal being lifted by a forklift shifted and fell causing forklift extension to hit a nearby employee in the face/lip. Laceration required two stitches and employee had work restrictions for two days. Employee has returned to full duty.
