EE WAS RIDING IN A MANTRIP THAT WAS DEAD. IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THE UNIT TO THE CHARGING STATION, HE HAD A SCOOP PUSH THE UNIT. IT THEN WEDGED AND CAUSED THE EE TO HIT THE MINE ROOF.
