While riding on a mantrip, the vehicle passed between another mantrip and the rib. The employee pinched his right arm between the two mantrips, resulting in multiple fractures to the arm.
A buggy cable struck the employee in the head, causing his head to strike the shuttle car canopy. The canopy cut his right ear. Stitches were required as treatment.

Operator driving Terex TA 40 haul truck was hauling wet material to waste area onsite backed into dump area. While dumping, the load shifted into tailgate raising front of truck enough to turn cab part of truck over on side. When operator unfastened his seatbelt, he dropped down onto mirror bracket causing it to impale him in his hip.
The employee stated that he was turning the 2-man ride around. The steering wheel spun around and the knob hit the back of his hand.

While traveling underground, the injured hit a rock with his mantrip. The handle on the steering wheel hit the backside of his hand, causing the injury.
EE was running a shuttle car and jarred his shoulder, and pulled shoulder muscles while supporting his body inside the shuttle car operation deck.
EE was riding on a diesel mantrip and had his left foot outside the frame of the machine and got it caught between the mantrip and the coal rib.
