EE was stacking coal with a 980G loader. As EE backed up EE dropped off a pile of coal that EE missed that was 2 feet tall. EE's seat bottomed out and stubbed EE's lower back.

EE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 6:30 PM WHEN EE CAME OUTSIDE. EE SAW THE DR. ON 6-30-22. X-RAYS AND CT ARE NEGATIVE. EE IS NOW OFF WORK AND WAITING ON AN MRI TO BE PERFORMED FOR AN EVALUATION AND DIAGNOSIS.
Hauling dippings, backing up a hill/truck started wheel hopping then the engine quit, then lost control and traveled into the wooded area.

EE WAS TRANSPORTED TO HARLAN ARH AND WAS TREATED AND RELEASED. THE DR. DETERMINED THAT AN MRI IS NEEDED AND TOOK EE OFF WORK UNTIL RESULTS ARE READ.
