Miner had loaded shuttle car and miner operator was on knees at end of miner boom along rib line. When shuttle car was pulling out, the s.c. operator swerved s.c. to right and rear of s.c. pulled toward miner operator, catching his feet with its bumper/frame, injuring his left foot.

While employee was driving a rubber tired 2-3 man ride, employee hit rib with front tire causing steering knob to strike right hand.
Injured person was dumping load of coal on to feeder. He got out of operator compartment and stepped in behind operator deck between deck and rear wheel until shuttle car began to drift backwards catching left leg. under operator deck twisting left knee.
Injured person was operating 4 wheel rubber tired ride pulling a portable rock dusted while dusting #16 belt line, front tire hit rib making steering wheel jerk back in opposite direction hitting small finger on rt hand breaking finger and joint on rt hand (5th).
Employee and a mechanic were in the cab of the loader trouble shooting an electrical problem. They were traveling down the road and hit a bump. The employee hit his coccyx bone on the cup holder in the cab. It bruised and fractured his coccyx.
After glancing off the second truck he collided with the rear of a tractor trailer owned by contractor that was parked immediately in front of second truck. The back of the trailer was knocked over the hill turning the tractor sideways the 350 truck continued on striking the tractor in the sleeper section& rear tandems. Truck pushed tractor on R side pushed down hill 30 feet.
Delivery person went to pick up 3 panels of bar grating by Coreco employee driving forklift. Panels slid off forklift hitting contractor in legs, knocking him off the truck with a panel falling on him.
Individual was tramming scoop outby, hit a pothole, jarred his back.
Individual was backing up a tow seater mantrip, rear tire hit a pothole in pavement and steering knob went around and hit the back of his hand.
Miner operator sitting under bolts, running miner when rock fell on boom. Carried to midways, spun around in the bend in conveyor boom, came over the side and hit him in head.
Driving cart while firebossing travelway, catching rib with front tire spun steering wheel out hitting his hand.
The individual with the afflicted injury was running his shuttle car down the feeder entry. Prior to that the individual had to pump brakes off his shuttle car manually and left handle in the upright position. The individual hit a hole in the road and his back came down on handle.
While blocking up shuttle car to repair wheel unit, shuttle car was being picked up with scoop bucket. Shuttle car slid out of bucket while employee was installing cribs under shuttle car to block it up, smashing left thumb between car frame and crib blocks.
Ran over piece of 1" alumium tubbing flipped up and hit him in back.
MINER OPERATOR FOLLOWED #25SC OUT OF PLACE TO CHECK HIS SIGHTS, WHEN HE KNELT DOWN SC #3 STARTED UP THE ENTRY, BUMPED MINER OPERATOR IN UPPER LEFT ARM AND SHOULDER.
INJURED WAS MOVING S & S CANOPY SCOOP FROM #7 FACE TO #3 FACE OF 2 SOUTH SECTION. MINER CABLE WAS HUNG FROM ROOF BOLTER CABLE WAS ON OPPOSITE SIDE. INJURED RAISED HIMSELF OUT OF CANOPY WITH HA ND ON STEERING PIVOT STOP TO SEE LOCATION OF BOLTER CABLE WHEN KNEE PUSHED STEERING LEVER CAUSING SCOOP TO PIVOT AND SMASH LEFT RING FINGER.
SHUTTLE CAR WAS MOVING DOWN ROADWAY WHEN OPERATOR HIT A HOLE IN THE ROAD.
THE ENGINE STALLED IN A LOADED ROCK TRUCK DRIVEN BY EE. IN THE INTERSECTION OF THE MAIN HAUL ROAD. EE IMMEDIATELY RESTARTED THE ENGINE BUT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO AVOID HITTING ANOTHER VEH ICLE ON THE HAUL ROAD.
WHILE HANGING CABLE AT SECTION DUMPING POINT SHUTTLE CAR CAME INTO DUMP STRIKING INJURED ON LEFT LEG. HE WAS ON THE OFFSIDE OF SC. OPERATOR COULD NOT SEE HIM.
