DRIVER STATES THAT HE FELL ASLEEP AND DROVE INTO A SUMP HOLE ON HAUL ROAD. SEAT BELT BROKE AND HE LANDED ON FIRE EXTINGUISHER. DRIVER WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE AND DIAGNOSED WITH CONTUSION OF RIGHT HIP AND LOWER BACK.
