HEAD TURNED IN BINDING POSITION PULLED MUSCLE IN NECK.HE WAS BACKING DOWN LIME PILE AND HAD HEAD TURNED IN BINDING POSITION.
EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING ONTO STOCKPILE WHILE BACKING UP STOCKPILE GAVE WAY TURNING TRACK TO FLIP ONTO ITS TOP.

EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE WAS DRIVING WATER TRUCK DOWN RAMP IN PIT & POWER STEERING BELT STARTED SLIPPING & HE COULDNT STEER HE JUMPED OUT & HIT HIS LEFT HAND HEAD & SHOULDER ON THE GROUND
EMPLOYEE STRATESS THAT HE CUT THE TRUCK TO THE RIGHT TO GET ON A DOWN RAMP AND WHEN HE TRIED TO STRAIGHTEN IT UP IT WOUL NOT RESPOND DUE TO THE LOW IDLE OF THE ENGINE. EMPLOYEE JUMPED OUT OF THE TRUCK AND THE TRUCK WENT OBRER THE BERM AND CRASHED ABOUT 50FT BELOW.
