Employee's hand slipped off steering and was caught by spoke resulting in his wrist twisting & causing slight pain. On June 15 employee's wrist still hurt & he was seen by company doctor and was diagnosed with hairline fracture of bone in his hand.

EE WAS STRUCK ON THE NOSE BY A SECITON OF PLASTIC PIPELINE THAT SPRUNG WHILE HE WAS CUTTING IT TO RELOCATE IT. EE HAD STEPPED AWAY WHILE PIPE WAS BEING TURNED WITH A FORKLIFT. DURING TURNING O PERATION IT BROKE, STRIKING EE AND CAUSING HAIRLINE FRACTURE TO NOSE.
