Employee was attempting to enter the Genie lift man basket when EE received an injury to EE's right third finger. Employee clipped EE's fall protection harness onto the basket and then gripped the basket railing and entered the basket. As employee's weight entered the basket, the basket slightly suspended, and EE's finger was pinned between the basket and platform railing.
