The employee sustained a 2 inch laceration to the back of the head.

Worker was using a JLG450A Man lift while welding on a hopper. He failed to realize that the boom was in a reverse direction. He moved the lift in the wrong direction and was pinned. He had fractured ribs and vertebra.
