EMPLOYEE WAS REVERSING FROM FEEDER IN A FRONT END LOADER AND RAN OVER A LARGE ROCK WITH FRONT LEFT WHEEL. THE JOLT CAUSED A LUMBAR STRAIN.
This is an alleged accident. Loader operator stated that he injured his left wrist. He does NOT know the date of injury and he does NOT know the time of injury. He also does NOT know where the accident took place.
