Employee was operating a rock truck when EE hit a bump in the road and said it jarred EE around. The employee went to the Doctor the next day complaining of back pain. X-ray showed bulging disk, waiting on an MRI.
Employee was operating an 830E Komatsu Rock truck. While being loaded a rock slipped out of the bucket hitting the top side rail of the truck bed jarring the Employee. The employee went to the hospital complaining of back pain and tingling in right foot.

When the employee released their seat belt, EE landed on their right shoulder before exiting the truck.
Employee was traveling out of the parking lot in a pickup truck beside a rock truck, when the rock truck made a right turn, hitting the front end of the pickup. It pushed the pickup truck to the right, jerking the employee around.
Employee was scraping mud off the haul road with a front end loader when EE hit a rock with the bucket. It stopped EE immediately and the loader twisted sideways resulting in a strain to EE's lower back.
Injured pulled EE's personal vehicle within 5' of a contract welders service truck. Welder was pulling off start line when injured got out of EE's car (which was lower than the hood of the truck) the truck pulled off the start line striking the injured's personal vehicle door causing it to strike the injured resulting in fracture to the top of the tibia bone.
Driver said the truck jumped out of gear causing the truck to run away down the hill. Driver has 6 cracked ribs and a punctured lung and is recovering at home. MSHA investigators have inspected the truck and found no problems with the truck transmission.
