Employee told me at the end of the shift, 1:30 A.M., that his back was hurting. He went on to say that earlier in the shift, the loader operator had jarred his rock truck with a rock while loading the truck. He said he may go to the doctor to get checked out some time the next morning.

Showing all 9Dozer operator was working on fill on downhill slope. The 777 rock truck had turned and was backing down grade when his brakes failed. The truck hit the roll cab of the dozer. The truck was loaded.
Injured put his hand behind the seat to a place where there was an opening to the air cond. blower in order to cool his hand. There was no barrier and the fan cut his finger.
Started down haul road when rain hit. Truck started sliding and went sideways. Rear tires gripped causing truck to overturn on drivers side. Operator had seat belt on and there was no injury.
The loader dropped rock into bed of truck, shaking the driver and injuring the drivers back.
Employee was going up a hill with four wheeled machine and hit ditch on left side. Two bags of Seed on front of machine shifted causing machine to roll over throwing him off of left side of machine and rolling over him coming to rest upright.
During the day, EE loaded wet hole bags and he also stated that he was jostled around in his truck by a rock. We loaded a total of 120 wet hole bags, which is not normal duty. EE stated pain got worse as day went on. Back hurting, not sure what actually happened.
