Employee was holding on with EE's left arm when EE fell and hit the bumper of the truck, and then falling to the ground. Employee recieved injury to left arm, resulting in a torn bicep tendon.
Employee was stepping down off of a Cat D11 Dozer when he slipped and fell off backwards to the ground. He landed on his left elbow resulting in a hairline fracture of his arm.
Employee was climbing up the cable ladder of a Cat 785 haul truck. As he stepped up the ladder swung inwards causing a strain to the back of employee's left knee.
