Employee Was at Laurel Fork Bleeders when he found a timber had fallen, while carrying timber to set back he slipped and fell hurting his back.
While walking bleeder entry with MSHA inspector on 12/10/13 Glade Taylors back gave out causing him to fall in some rocks. He felt it was caused by an accident he had earlier in the year,at this time he felt pain in neck and back his first day off was 12/11/13.
