Employee was walking down the office stairway and rolled EE's right ankle while taking EE's last step. Medical evaluation done the following morning revealed a closed fracture of EE's right ankle.

EE WENT TO CLIMB UP ON BAGGING MACHINE TO OPERATE. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE PEG AND HE FELL AGAINST BAG MACHINE )MUD/SAND ON BOTTOM OF SHOE CREATING SLIP).
EE WAS CLIMBING DOWN A STRUCTERD LADDER (ATTATCHED TO) THE STACK TOWER & THE BOARD THAT HE USED TO GET UP TO THE 1ST WRUNG GAVE OUT WHEN HIS WEIGHT WAS APPLIED. HE FELL ON HIS SIDE. THE LADDER IS APPROX 6 FT OFF THE GROUND TO DETER TREPASSERS FROM CLIMBING THE TOWER
