Employee was getting off a track screen and stepped on a frozen sand clod on the track and fell 24 inches to ground and twisted left ankle.

This accident just became reportable. Employee was stepping down on a work platform. His left leg gave way as he was stepping down, twisting his left knee. He remained full duty and did not want to see a doctor, however, it continued to bother him so on 2/17/09 he went to the clinic and it was discovered that he had a meniscus tear.
