Showing 50 of 66Employee experiencing shoulder pain on 12/3/25 from a preexisting injury that occurred on 4/18/25. Employee slipped on ladder descending from 70-ton truck. Right hand slipped, quickly re-grabbed rail, felt pain in right shoulder.
Employee was walking in tunnel when EE slipped on EE's left foot and EE's right foot stayed put. EE felt a pop in EE's right knee and felt pressure.
While miner was working, miner tripped and fell on shoulder (left) and felt a pull Miner asked to go to Doctors on 9/4/2025 where EE was put on restricted duty and prescribed a sling.

After being assisted to EE's feet, EE walked approximately 40 feet and then rested on a walkway. EE expressed concerns about tingling in EE's feet and legs.
Employee stepped off the excavator step (maintaining 3 points of contact) onto uneven ground and rolled their ankle.
While stepping down from a platform, the employee rolled their ankle and injured left ankle/leg. Employee was unable to walk so 911 was called and the employee was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
A miner leaving the bull gang area noticed another miner on the ground. Miner on the ground was sitting upright and was coherent. Ambulance service arrived on site to assess the fallen miner. Miner had passed out and fell down. Miner was diagnosed with a broken Right Ankle.
Employee was welding inside a crusher. When employee stepped out of the crusher their left knee gave out. Ice was immediately applied to the left knee and employee requested medical treatment where they were signed out of work. No specific injury has been identified as of yet.

Employee was pulling hose from maintenance truck and hose kinked. EE increased their force while standing sideways and felt right lower leg give out.
Foreman went to hand a 2x10x10 wood plank to use for belt splice and stepped in mud and felt pain in right knee. Initially thought it was arthritis but an MRI revealed a meniscal tear in Dec.
Third Party Blasting employee bumped into another employee from his company and fell on our property. INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO TILCON until today March 23rd, 2015 at 12pm. 3rd party company involved: Kemek Injuries sustained: landed on his hand to break his fall and later felt discomfort in his wrist and reported it to his supervisor. The outcome was a fracture to his wrist.

Miner was removing a troughing idler from a conveyor and as the idler was being pulled out from the belt, the idler frame got caught on the miner's lanyard causing him to lose balance. The employee fell approximately 5 feet landing on conveyor and chute work below. 6 stitches to chin some light bruising.
While employee was bending over on the walkway of the excavator looking at oil sight glass, employee stood up and we think he felt dizzy and fell from walkway. Employee was taken to the hospital.
