EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A BROKEN HYDRAULIC LINE. HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO STAND FROM A SQUATTING POSITION WHEN HE SLIPPED ON THE HYDRAULIC OIL, TWISTING HIS ANKLE.

Typical construction conditions, surface was uneven and rough. EE unclipped harness to converse with the drill foreman. He lost his footing on the rough surface and fell approximately 30' off the ledge.
