The employee stepped out of the scale room and slipped on the bar grating twisting left knee.
Employee stepped out of the scale room onto some ice covered grating and slipped twisting his ankle as he fell. His leg was bent under his body. He tore ligaments our the left and right side of his right ankle.
EE was pulling 1 1/2" hose around a 980G loader. He pulled it around the front of the bucket. He stepped on some mud & hose got caught under the bucket(mud was from washing the 980G). Employee was attempting to grease pins and bushings on the boom of a Hitachi 400 backhoe. He was walking on the ice-covered boom when he slipped and fell off the boom, falling to the ground. When hitting the ground his right foot landed in a rut and twisted his right knee towards his left knee, pulling tendons and cartilage in his right knee.
