EMPLOYEE WAS USING A HAND SHOVEL TO PLACE CRUSHED STONE IN A 3-1/2" DIA. BOREHOLE IN A BOULDER. AFTER COMPLETING THE STEMMING (PLACING THE STONE) EMPLOYEE STEPPED OFF THE BOULDER (RIGHT FOOT F IRST) A DISTANCE OF APROXIMATELY ONE FOOT AND STRAINED HIS RIGHT KNEE.
EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING FROM DRILL, STEPPED ON A ROCK WITH RIGHT FOOT AND TWISTED ANKLE.
EMPLOYEE WAS GE7TING OUT OF BACK OF PICK UP TRUCK, STEPPED ON A ROCK AND HURT HER KNEE.
EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING A WHEELBARROW WHICH WAS LOADED WITH STONE. HE STEPPED ON A ROCK, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO TURN HIS ANKLE.
