Employee had just parked the CAT 980C loader. As ee was exiting the loader, ee accidentally stepped on a wheel chock that ee had not noticed when parking. The chock was located at the bottom of the loader's step ladder. Stepping on the chock caused leg to twist, resulting in injuring left leg.

Employee was stripping wood frame around A/C unit and bending nails over as they were pulled. During clean up, EE stepped on a nail that was apparently missed. The nail had penetrated the work boot and punctured the bottom of foot. Foot was cleaned, received a tetanus shot, and was given precautionary prescription. No lost time.

DRIVING THE WATER TRUCK, CLIMBING IN AND OUT OF THE TRUCK PUTTING PRESSURE ON HIS TOE, AT THE WATER TANK FACILITY HE WALKED UP THE BANK. HE REACTIVATED AN ULCER ON THE LARGE TOE.
