EE was getting out of the excavator when he slipped and hit his left knee-also reported back pain. EE was using 3-point contact. EE did not seek medical attention until Friday 7.25.2014-RTW Monday 7.28.2014

EE was working on the bolter when the chain ratchet slipped dropping the scissors (arm Pot) on the left index finger causing a laceration that required sutures. EE missed one day to follow up with the doctor and has RTW modified duty until the sutures are out and laceration healed.
