Showing all 33Employee was performing maintenance involving removal of a hydraulic cylinder on a bulldozer. While loosening a fitting using an impact gun, residual hydraulic pressure was released, causing a high-pressure spray of hydraulic fluid to contact the employee's head, arms, chest, and shoulders. Employee experienced tingling and was evaluated in the ER; no serious injury was found.
