APPARENTLY, IN TIGHTENING THE FITTING TO LIFT CYLIN DER, THE FITTING BROKE, RELEASING THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CAUSING BUCKET TO COME DOWN ON HIM, PINNING HIM AGAINST FRAME AND BUCKET LIFT ARM.
