EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON 125 EIMCO-JARVIS LOADER (LHD);HE FAILED TO BLOCK BUCKET OF LOADED OF LOADER BEFORE MAINTENANCE BEGUN. APPARENTLY, IN TIGHTENING THE FITTING TO LIFT CYLIN DER, THE FITTING BROKE, RELEASING THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CAUSING BUCKET TO COME DOWN ON HIM, PINNING HIM AGAINST FRAME AND BUCKET LIFT ARM.
