On 8/25/06, EE requested to see a physician due to pain in his lower abdomen. He first noticed the pain on 8/16/06, but did not become concerned til 8/25/06, when it effected his ability to perform his job. Dr diagnosis: Hernia, requiring surgery to repair. EE returned to work on 8/28/06 in restircted capacity until surgery.

WHILE MOVING ANOTHER PIECE OF STONE INTO POSITION ALONGSIDE THE BLOCK, THE STONE BEING MOVED CAME DOWN ON THE HAMMER HANDLE CAUSING THE HAMMER TO FLIP UPWARD STRIKING HIM ON THE HEAD.
