He came back to work 1 day later and chest started to hurt again went back to Dr. and hospital found dislocated rib. Goes back to Dr. on 10-18-05.
Roof Bolter was drilling hole in roof when drill steel hung in top, roof bolter operator was trying to pull steel out of hole when he push wrong lever on roof bolter mashing left hand.
