Alleged pebble in boot after working in water (rubber knee high boots on) - unsure of date it occurred. EE is not certain when it happened but it got infected due to diabetic condition and put EE in the hospital for infection, surgery.

Hydraulic line on CAT loader came loose and hit windshield, breaking the windshield. Glass and hydraulic oil hit employee's face/eyes. Employee had safety glasses on. CAT dealer advised they had a recall notice to fix the hydraulic oil line but they were behind and had not sent the notice out to customers.
