Showing all 6Employee was feeding the screen plant and noticed it was overheating. EE shut it down to cool off. EE later released the radiator cap to check the coolant level and it spewed hot coolant on EE.
EE attempted to pull a pallet from its location into the loader bucket and felt a strain or pop in left arm. At the time EE did not feel needed medical attention, however when the issue did not improve EE visited the doctor on 4/13/23 at which time EE was placed on restricted duty. EE has a follow up appointment with the doctor on 4/14/23 at 3:30pm for further evaluation.
Two employees were driving in the John Deere Gator to pick up a skid steer that was needed for upcoming work. While driving the rear window of the Gator shattered and a piece of glass cut the passenger in the Gator. The cut was on the back of the neck of the passenger and required stitches. The employee was treated and released with no restrictions that day.
Employee was cleaning material build up off the drum with a rake when the belt and drum grabbed the rake and the handle of the rake came down on employee's arm.
IE and another EE were using a bar to replace the belt on the cone when EE accidently dropped EE's end of the bar which caused IE to drop IE's end which landed on IE's toe.
