Employee was changing cutting edge and lacerated EE's finger on the retaining nut when it spun loose. The cut required 7 stitches.
Employee was feeding the screen plant and noticed it was overheating. EE shut it down to cool off. EE later released the radiator cap to check the coolant level and it spewed hot coolant on EE.
