Employee alleges that EE was working on anti-freeze hose and having trouble with the quick connect. as EE got the hoses connected, EE claims EE felt a pain on the left side of EE's neck. EE finished the shift and worked the next day. The pain allegedly got worse and EE went to the er to be checked out on 5/15/2026

Employee was removing PTO pump from truck and dropped pump on right little finger causing laceration requiring 5 stitches.
Greaser was stepping down from hydraulic tank to the track on D10R dozer twisted to grab the handrail felt sharp pain in lower back.

Fire was contained to the cab and engine compartment. Msha was on site at time of event.

A Loader had caught fire in the Williamson pit. while loading a rock truck. The operator got to safety off the machine before the loader had fully engulfed in flames. Miners were unable to extinguish the fire, so miners were removed from the area and area was blocked off. no injuries were reported.
Employee was mobilizing dozer to work site for following day via haul road. Cause of accident unknown. Employee went over embankment and was found approx. halfway down mountain. Details unknown at this time. Employee found deceased. No eye witnesses.
