While performing maintenance on equipment in windy conditions, material (sand, dirt) was blown into ee's right eye. The ee finished his shift with minor discomfort. Returning home, the discomfort got worse. Went to E.R. on Saturday.
Employee was shoveling sand at Wash Plant. When he threw the sand that was on the shovel, he pulled/strained his left groin.
Employee was involved with setting up crusher for operation. While hanging electrical cords, his body movement while lifting pulled/strained his right hip (Dislocation).
