Miner was setting down a 5hp motor next to another motor and smashed his left ring finger.
When setting up cone crusher, the lock pin of the chassis support leg came out causing the support leg to drop (extend) and hit the employee's right lower arm. A contusion of the right lower arm resulted.
EMPLOYEE OPERATING PUGMILL RESPONDING TO SHUTDOWN FELL INTO UNCOVERED / UNGUARDED FLOOR OPENING., LACERATING RIGHT KNEE. COVER WAS REMOVED FOR UNKNOWN REASON, BUT LATER REPLACED W / PERMANENT COVER.
