EE was cutting conveyor belting with a utility knife and was holding the belting with EE's left hand. EE accidentally sliced through EE's left thumb above the top joint with a utility knife.

REMOTE GRIZZLY WAS NOT WORKING ON SCREENING PLANT. TESTING 12 VOLT BATTERY. HAD A PINCHED CORD THAT GAVE A JOLT.
