Employee was working in the shop and helping replace a cutting edge on a loader bucket when the cutting edge dropped on to EE's foot.

EE was cutting conveyor belting with a utility knife and was holding the belting with EE's left hand. EE accidentally sliced through EE's left thumb above the top joint with a utility knife.

EE WAS TORCH WELDING ON A CRUSHER AND THE WELDER SPRAYED BACK AT EE.

Truck driver was removing a lug nut on EE's dump truck with an impact drill. The socket broke and a piece hit EE in the eye or near the eye.

bending over a bar on the wash plant wrenching. Felt a pop in the right side of EE's ribs and could hardly breath

Pulling piece of iron out of crusher. The iron flipped and cut between fingers of left hand - needed stitches.
