Employee was working in the shop and helping replace a cutting edge on a loader bucket when the cutting edge dropped on to EE's foot.

EE was cutting conveyor belting with a utility knife and was holding the belting with EE's left hand. EE accidentally sliced through EE's left thumb above the top joint with a utility knife.
