An employee was in the Raw Mill attempting to remove reject stone, when a raccoon ran under the skid steer they were operating. The employee stopped the skid steer and the raccoon ran into the corner and got trapped under a beam. The employee attempted to rescue the raccoon, but was bit in their right index finger. Rabies exposure protocol was followed at the emergency room.

When they plugged the cord in, they experienced a 120V shock. The employee was observed at the ER and released back to work. The control box lid did close on the employee's hand during the incident and EE received a bruise.
Employee was setting spring tension on the door of a coal mill with a 36" pipe wrench. While applying pressure to the wrench, the wrench slipped from its purchase, causing the employee to lose their balance and fall to the grated surface EE was standing on. During the fall, the employee fell onto their left ankle with all of their weight, breaking EE's ankle.
