Left forearm puncture wound, about 2cm deep, after loosing balance and hitting/piercing a 2" piece of medal. Sought ER treatment, tetanus shot, x-ray, a couple sutures. Returned to work full duty after treatment.

Miner was preparing to go home. After parking the loader he placed his belongings outside the door. When he went to close the door he must've lost his grip. Not much room on platform outside door on that model. He fell off, about a 6 foot drop.
CONDITIONS WERE DRY, OPERATOR WAS EXITING LOADER IN ORDER TO TAKE LUNCH, DID NOT GRAB DOWN HANDLE, MISSED 1ST STEP AND FELL APPROX 5 1/2 - 6 FT TO GROUND.
