Moving the Barge that the pump sits on, pushing the barge I felt a pop in my right bicep muscle. Arm is showing signs bicep being pulled up towards shoulder.

EE got burnt while cutting a bolt with a torch.

EE opened an air line to bleed the system and forgot to turn off a ball valve at the air tank causing the air line that runs under the building to come up and out of the hole and hit EE in the head.

Left foot slipped off ladder, tried to get a better grip and fell backwards causing employee to bruise the right elbow
